2020 was a strange year. Only a few months after founding the PR Training Academy, we had to close the doors of our Dun Laoghaire office. Our team developed our business from the safety of their homes. This consequently led to a lot of innovation from our employees’ side, as well as a unique relationship with our clients. Although we always championed the advantages of remote working, we are still surprised to see that it has become as relevant as it is today!
Throughout the year, we offered our usual bite-sized courses, on themes as varied as journalistic writing and podcast making. We additionally gave live webinar classes to our subscribers. Behind the scenes, we also expanded our team and gave our website a makeover. It wasn’t an easy year, yet it was undoubtedly made easier by your support.
Proud to be the PR Innovation of the Year
Receiving the prestigious Stevie Award is always an honour, but it is made even more special under those circumstances. Since 2002, this coveted prize has been awarded to organisations from over 60 countries. We are especially proud to be one of them.
In order to keep up this great start to the year, we hope to continue proving that we are deserving of this PR Innovation of the Year Gold Stevie Award. This year, we will continue providing short online courses with our signature mix of original audio, text and video. Furthermore, our expert team will keep curating quizzes and assignments.
